Mr. Manish Kumar Shoundik, the “Founder and Chairman of The Finstem Group of Companies”, has a career spanning over 20 years of contribution in the fields of financial management, strategic Planning and business leadership.
The 1st step taken towards nurturing the dream of starting his own venture was to grab ample experience in a sector which is well regulated, well planned but still has challenges at every step.
His 20 years of experience at several senior positions in banking sector made sure to make him fully equipped with the essence of strategic planning, management skills and understanding and successfully running a start up. His work stint with banks like, Standard Chartered, HDFC, ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank at various leadership roles ,contributed in crafting pillars of his dream company Finstem India Pvt Ltd. He took the challenges of building the nascent retail business with strong focus on expansion of distribution and scale at every step of his career.
Providing unbiased financial planning solutions while keeping focus at customer delight justified the tagline “Inspiring with Integrity” While he started his journey as an entrepreneur in the year 2013, he successfully took the company to the next level within 3 months of its operation by adding new wings to the fin of Finstem India Pvt Ltd . Real Estate broking, underwriting of projects and leasing were few additions to the financial planning kitty before he planned to move to the next step as a real estate developer. Merger and acquisition of an HR outsourcing firm was done in between to enhance the product kitty of Finstem Group.
Keeping in mind his dream of building homes and township, Finstem Infrastructure came into existence after gaining expertise in the field of Real Estate broking,underwriting and leasing.

Mr.Puri started his career in West Africa as a sales representative, he has been instrumental in proving himself as a skilled entrepreneur & is currently working as a Deputy Managing director for Topaz Multi Industries-Guinea. His astonishing personality & manage ment skills have ensured the expansion of Group in West Africa, Far East and Middle East.

Worked with ZF Hero as Country Head & COO where he had provided executive leadership to the company at corporate planning, marketing & operations level with multi-location in the automotive business domain.

After being successful while running the company for over more than a year ,decided to take a leap further while getting merged with Finstem Group for bigger aspects.
